Grilled Feta Salmon

This grilled salmon recipe is a great option for those who want a healthy and flavoursome dinner in under 15 minutes. Simply season the salmon with salt and pepper, olive oil and feta and grill it then serve it with steamed vegetables or a salad.  

The perfect post personal training meal. 

1: Ingredients 

  • 1 salmon fillet  

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil 

  • 1 tablespoon of feta 

2: Method 

  1. Preheat the grill to high. 

  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. 

  3. Place the salmon on a grill and brush with olive oil. 

  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
