This grilled salmon recipe is a great option for those who want a healthy and flavoursome dinner in under 15 minutes. Simply season the salmon with salt and pepper, olive oil and feta and grill it then serve it with steamed vegetables or a salad.

1 salmon fillet
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of feta
Preheat the grill to high.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the salmon on a grill and brush with olive oil.
Grill for 5-7 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
