In 2013 I weighed 118kg. After losing sight of my feet I decided to it was time to take positive action and I joined Jetts Howick. With hard work, determination and healthy eating I lost 33kg while increasing muscle strength/size and power. Knowing that I have been there and done it, has led to a hunger to motivate others to achieve their fitness aspirations.
