Over the years of training at the gym, I have achieved so much. I have trained for a half marathon, powerlifting competitions, achieved muscle hypertrophy and lost 15kg. I have surpassed my own expectations along the way and found game-changing tips and tricks for training in almost everything. I have a very good understanding of nutrition and even better knowledge of exercise.
